Rachel Schneider, Founder/President
Rachel has 12 years marketing/business development and strategy experience within a variety of SMB companies including manufacturing, publishing, creative agencies, and consulting firms, 9 years within high-tech and tech-related companies.
Offering a rare blend of analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills, Rachel has consistently developed multimillion dollar pipelines, penetrated new markets and opened Fortune level accounts.
Rachel is known for adaptability, creative and visionary thinking, superior execution, and ability to connect with decision-makers. She was a pioneer of the research-based 1-to-1 marketing approach in 1998. She received her MBA from Rutgers University in Strategic Management/Marketing and post-MBA certificate in Supply Chain Management. Rachel is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma – honor society for Business and the American Marketing Association.
Supporting this effort are a diverse group of MBA level and experienced consultants, many of whom come from leading companies like AT&T, IBM, Gartner. Their backgrounds encompass sales, marketing, technology and have held roles in sales support, technology practices, and business development.
Typical Consultant Profiles:
Research Analyst: Analysts average 10 – 15 years in the technology and related industry, have MBA’s, and worked at leading firms like IBM, Gartner, and AMS. Some team members were part of a large company’s sales support group, others worked in the IT department or were practice heads, and some were responsible for market research/product development.
Business Development: Business development staff average 10 years and have a variety of experience across industries including business services, technology, and manufacturing. Experience is concentrated at the decision-maker levels with a more strategic approach to engaging prospects and uncovering opportunities.
Operations/Support: Operations have 20 years experience in project management and high-end administrative tasks. Other support includes copywriters and direct marketing staff averaging 10 years. Agencies with 10+ years in business like JK Bedrin, Visual Media Group, and Umbra Design are utilized as needed.
